The next competition will take place within the framework of a master class for choir conductors from 15 – 17 February 2024 at the Music Academy in Basel.
The candidates for the master class will be selected throughout Switzerland by Raphael Immoos, conducting teacher and artistic director of the Basler Madrigalisten, in collaboration with Mr Lukas Bolt, the Basel Music Academy.
On the occasion of the final concert on 17 February 2024, an independent jury of three will determine the laureate of the competition. The prize from the International Lyceum Club of Switzerland will enable the laureate to rehearse and perform a concert programme with the Basel Madrigalists in the following year.
